Maroon and Mi'kmaq: An International Indigenous Exchange will be held in the lecture theatre of Grenfell Campus's new Arts and Science Extension on Nov. 4 and 5.
Guests include Maroon Col. Frank Lumsden of Charles Town, Jamaica; Saqamaw Chief Mi'sel Joe from MUN, Afua Cooper, James Robinson Johnston, chair in Black Canadian studies at Dalhousie University, and Angela Robinson, who teaches social/cultural studies at Grenfell.
