Booth allegedly took $100 from the officer for each quantity of the drugs sold. According to the indictments, Booth was previously charged with possession of cocaine in 2002 out of Lawerence, Mass. The charges against him are each punishable by 7 to 15 years in prison and up to $200,000 in fines.
According to the indictments, Brown was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in 2010 in Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua.

Indictments handed down this month
Matt Gelardi, 18, of 24 Jefferson St. was indicted on one Class B felony count of possession of a controlled drug, alleging that on May 26 he was found in possession of an unspecific quantity of clonazepam.
Richard Jervah, 24, of 445 Willow St., Manchester was indicted on two felony counts of sale of narcotic drugs, alleging he sold an unspecified amount of heroin to an individual cooperating with the Nashua Police Department on Nov. 17 and 30, 2011.
He also was indicted on one Class A misdemeanor count of resisting arrest stemming from that incident, alleging Fendi Bags Red
James M. Beach Jr., 45, of 48 Merrimack Road., Amherst, was indicted on a Class B felony count of attempted burglary, alleging that on May 4 he tried to gain entry to the East Hollis Street Variety store, 131 E. Hollis St., by throwing a brick through the window of the store.
The indictments allege that on March 6 and 8, he sold less than one gram of heroin to an undercover officer. Booth also allegedly sold less than a half ounce of cocaine to the officer on March 8.
In other indictments, Jeffrey Ortiz Rodriguez, 33, of 7 Broad St., was indicted on four separate charges stemming from an April 25 incident in Nashua. The indictments charge him with simple assault, alleging he threw coffee on his girlfriend; first degree and second degree assault, alleging he struck another man's hand with a metal baseball bat; and driving after suspension, alleging he drove on Amherst Street after having his license revoked.
Her most recent possession charge is punishable by up to 15 years in state prison and $50,000 in fines.
